PostSubject: Before the Game even Starts...   Tue Dec 10, 2013 6:40 am

It was supposed to rain.

That's what the forecast said anyway, but at the moment, with the sun setting on the horizon, there didn't seem to be a single cumulus nimbus cloud in sight. This would not have been a bad thing on any other day. But seeing as he had to practice with the Kendo club and Fencing club at Zenori High that day, he knew he would have to take the overpass across the river. If it were raining, he wouldn't have to worry about the delinquents that were known to show up around there.

"...Nuisances..."

He mumbled as he stood on the bridge surrounded by four thugs. He still held his bag down to the side like a suitcase and due to his long coat, the fools couldn't see the wooden bokken he had. That was just fine though. This was a common thing, and somehow the idiots just didn't know when quit. He wondered if they truly didn't recognize him after all the times he had already beat the shit out of them. He was sure he hadn't hit them that hard...

...Probably.

The delinquent thugs loitering around the bridge were doing their usual subjects besides worrying about any of their own important goals. Smoking, hitting on girls that passes by, and shooting dice with their money. Just the same value and hobby that they partake every single time. With the addition of bullying and rival turf wars against other schools, it was just your typical thing a delinquent does on a daily basis. One of the thugs notice Alvarez walking up to the bridge and signal the others that they got another target to prey upon. The rest stopped shooting dice and stood up to form a four man corner around Alvarez, surrounding him completely.

"Where do you think you're going, guy? You're entering a tollway zone."

"Yeah! Every passenger that doesn't have our protection service has to pay a fee to cross safely."

"If you dare try any funny business, then we'll have no choice but to teach you a lesson"

"....."

Alvarez closed his eyes and seemed to be in deep thought. One would think he was either being cocky, brave, or even trembling in fear. But after a moment, he yawned loudly and dug in his ear.

"Huh, wait what happened? I think I fell asleep for a second. Were you talking?"

He asked seriously. His hand was already twitching, partly on its way to grip his bokken. He had to admit...beating on these guys was good stress relief. Dealing with his two younger sisters...you'd have to be a saint not to have some pent up aggression.

The first delinquent looked at him with disgust from what Snow just said. "A cocky bastard" he'd thought in his mind while spitting out his gum on the side of the bridge. The remaining two just did an "Ooooo" noise while the fourth one just remained in silence, knowing that shit just got real yet keeping peace until the rumble starts. The first delinquent crack his knuckles and his neck to prepare to give him such a thrashing that he'll never forget.

"Ohhhh, we got ourselves a smartass on our bridge, boys."

"I don't think you want these problems on your hands."

"Better kneel down and give up your goods then we may give you mercy."

All joking aside, as noted when Alvarez narrowed his eyes, thee tall teen would drop his bag but leave both his hands to the side.

"Look, I need to get home before dinner or I'll never hear the end of it from either of my sisters. As I'm already running late, I advise you all to just get the hell out of my way before I have to make you."

The tone in his voice was icy and held sheer authority. If the delinquents weren't shaking by now, they would find it painful too when Alvarez was done with them. However, on the inside, he shivered at the thought that he really WAS late for dinner and Isabella was going to have a fit.

Delinquent #4 shivers quietly from what Alvarez commented about being late for dinner. He knows how much hell one can get for being late for anything that family members have planned on any given day regardless of how bad one is. Delinquent #2 and 3 just laughed at his remark for being late for dinner. The first one, however, shook all of that over his shoulder and took note on the part where he would make him get out of his way. Without any hesitation, he cock his fist back and charge forward to punch the living hell out of Alvarez.

"You talk shit, but you ain't shit!!"

Just what he was waiting for.

As the delinquent rushed in, projecting his stupid punch with his fist cocked back, Alvarez would finally make his move. With a quick move to the side and letting his long coat bellow in the wind, Alvarez spun and drew his bokken. As the delinquent came close, he would smash the bokken into the back of his head during the spin, using the coat tail as a temporary way to blind the idiot. He held back on the blow, opting to just try and knock the delinquent out, just like always. However, now he was wondering if he really had been hitting the guys too hard and making them lose their memories.

Snow would hold a serious glare at the other two delinquents for a moment before facing the 4th one, whom he noticed seemed to be in deep thought during this entire situation. He would not speak up to him yet, however, opting to take out the two others first.

"Well?"

Snow taunted with a dark voice, his black hair shadowing his eyes for a moment before they seemed to shine in the rising moons glow.

Like always, the arrogant thug gets knocked the hell out from recklessly rushing their battles ahead of time without any reconsideration. This one is the same exact value like all two-bit thugs if not completely organized at all. Number two and three screams like a little girl and ran off from actually seeing Alvarez complete wreck his opponent without any trouble. The fourth one just nods and walk away calmly. He knew that the battle was pointless for those guys, but maybe some day number four and Alvarez face each other in another time. For now, he has to return home or else his father will tear him a new one for coming home late himself.

Alvarez sweat dropped at the two other delinquents running off. Turning, he saw the last one nod and begin walking home. With a disappointed sigh, Snow put his bokken up, picked up his bag and began to head home himself.

'That was...disappointing. Maybe this game...LEO...can help a bit.'

He looked up to the moon as he walked.

'I could use an escape from reality...every once in a while.'
