Resting in the Rec Room

The morning classes, depending on the person and class, can either be an exhilarating daily session or a long drag of boredom and quick naps. The first class was CIS 223: Internet and Web Development II. A vital class requirement for him to take for his Bachelor's Degree in computer Science. It kept Viso alert and ready to practice hands on with developing several class projects that the teacher assigns to the students. He's able to finish them swiftly while helping out others with any problems they run into. The second class was an elective class, but wasn't what he was really expecting: Phys. Sci. 206 Meteorology. Granted, he was learning about how weather works and is predicted similarly like the news people. However, it was DAMN NEAR BORING from when the teacher explains it. Heck, he's wondering how he even passing through this class for that matter. Nevertheless, his class was done for the day since they were about a hour and a half long. The time now is 11:45 AM. Viso got plenty of time left until work at 2 PM so might as well wast some time at the Rec Center.

The Rec Center, a place for many people to chill and relax from a day of their own habits. Groups of people conversing away in gossip, latest news, and eating meals. Some were doing battles and trades on Pokemon with their 3DS while others were playing Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, or any other card game. Some were on the computers via social networks, Youtube, or other aspects of the internet such as MMOs or RP sites. The activities and lounging were endless. Viso heads over to the arcade cabinets that were setup and entered some coins for the Pump It Up: Fiesta machine. He sets it up and heads over to the first song: Crash Dignity on Hard Mode. His body prepares itself to move in rhythm and try not to mess up. The remaining two songs he chose at random for the hell of it.

Spoiler:

A small crowd gathers around from seeing Viso screw around with the Pump It Up arcade machine. He was most likely doing well without any possibilities to fail and get a game over. Crash Dignity was a bit of a chore for him to keep up with the beat due to the machine sometimes losing sync with the audio from the speakers. Hot by 1TYM was pretty simple and straightforward with a chance for him to freestyle off of the beat while getting a high ranking. Monkey Fingers, however, was a whole different ball game there.  The song and the dance sync was silly for Viso to do since his body movements kept swaying with each part. He wasn't showing off at all since others were laughing at it. It was necessary to move like a fool on that song! A few participants joined in with him after his session. Some newcomers, some experienced people to attract an even larger crowd. After the seminar, he was tired and sweating from the amount of songs and difficulties. 

He heads over to the cafe and grabs himself a liter of water to drink down the entire bottle, paying the cashier exact change for it. He then notice the time and realize that its about 1:20 PM. Viso gargled the water in his mouth in shock before swallowing and grabbed his gear, thanking everyone for the games before rushing out to work. He rushes towards the bus stop and catches the bus at the nick of time, paying the fee and letting it travel to his designated stop for work.
